Devotion Energy Group Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries as the "Group") has been listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange since 2003 and has grown from its beginnings as a professional boiler manufacturer to become a specialist provider in various energy and thermal related fields.

The Group is poised to grow with the following growth engines:-

• Domestic Wall-Hung Boilers - The Group's SQUIRREL-brand of domestic wall-hung boilers is currently one of the top brands in the People's Republic of China ("PRC") domestic wall-hung boiler industry. The Group which owns a nationally accredited laboratory in the industry was invited to draft and compile the National Industry Standards Relating to the Production of Domestic Wall-Hung Boilers. With the advantage of being able to provide customers with a superior product at a competitive price, the Group has built up solid distribution networks in both the PRC and overseas markets.
• Industrial Boiler and Thermal Facilities - the Group's strength in research and development ("R&D") and provision of engineering and installation services enables the Group to provide a wide range of integrated services to customers.
• Liquefied Natural Gas Facilities - the Group's engineering and installation abilities have helped it to clinch a number of contracts as the Government of PRC ventures into various alternative energy resources to work towards easing the country's current energy shortage situation.

The Group has always placed significant emphasis on R&D and the innovation of the R&D team has helped lay a solid foundation for the Group's multi-pronged growth. The Group has a robust management team which is well-poised for future developments in various aspects of the Group's business.
