The Company has been listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange since 2003 and has grown from a professional boiler manufacturer to become a specialist provider in various energy and thermal related fields.

The Company is currently poised to grow on the following growth engines:-

• Domestic Wall-Hung Boilers - with the advantage of a superior product at a competitive price, Devotion's Squirrel Brand Domestic Wall-Hung Boilers continue to expand aggressively domestically and abroad by opening up more sales channels.
• Industrial Boiler and Oilfield Thermal Facilities - the Company's strengths in R&D, Engineering and Installation services result in the Company being able to provide a wide range of integrated services to Oilfield related customers.
• Liquefied Natural Gas Facilities - the Company's engineering and installation abilities has helped it to clinch a number of contracts as the Government of the People's Republic of China venture into various alternatives to ease the country's energy shortage situation.
• Energy Related Business - based on the Company's technical expertise in retro-fitting boilers for clean energy alternative, Devotion has evolved from just a traditional boiler manufacturer to an allencompassing boiler manufacturer, a manufacturer of a new boiler fuel and an Energy Management Contract provider.

The Company has always placed huge emphasis on its R&D. Innovations of the R&D team has helped lay a solid foundation for the Company's multi-pronged growth. The Company has a robust management team which are well-poised for future developments in various aspects of the Group's business.
